- Description: Bienestar provides assistance for paying rent, mortgage, and utilities and provides grants for moving into a new or permanent living place to those who are not able to work due to health complications of HIV/AIDS. Bienestar also assists clients living with HIV/AIDS who are homeless by making comprehensive and appropriate referrals to Emergency and Transitional Housing Programs.
